Baltimore Tower is the latest and tallest skyscraper to adorn the London skyline. Situated in the Canary Wharf area of the city, the 150 metre building will provide luxury accommodation for city workers.
The £200m construction encompasses an iconic undulated ‘twisted’ design rendering it unique amongst its counterparts. It boasts 45-stories and comprises 366 residential units in a mix of layouts and configurations. It also houses a street front café and triple-height penthouse restaurant with panoramic views.
Quality is key to its construction and as such Pegler was chosen by RPM to provide the products for the expansive heating and cooling system as well as its hot and cold water services. A mix of quality metal push (VSH Tectite) and press (VSH XPress) products were chosen to ensure the most efficient installation. And, to assist in a consistent and efficient delivery of services, a range of Pegler Valves were also installed throughout the building.
