Advertisers

Information that we have collected about you which is aggregated and held anonymously may be disclosed to potential and current advertisers, for example, providing them with information about the number of visitors viewing their ads and how many visitors have clicked on them.

We may also use such aggregate information we have collected from you to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target (for example, plumbers in DN1), enabling us to comply with our advertisers’ wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience.

We will share your personal information with other entities in our group as part of our regular reporting activities on company performance, to enable comparisons to be made (for example across different markets), or in the context of a business reorganisation or group restructuring exercise.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers in Maidenhead with backup’s in Nürnberg and Bucharest.

Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal information to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where we are legally required to do so.
