Mann Island is at the heart of the vibrant waterfront in Liverpool and offers residential, retail and Grade A BREEAM Excellent office space. It was the winner of a RIBA North West Award in 2015 for architects Broadway Malyan and is and iconic element of the city’s waterfront skyline.

Project Profile
The buildings, within this project, form a pivotal point between the iconic The Three Graces and Albert Dock merging traditional architecture with modern seamlessly, and to great effect.
VSH Tectite Sprint was chosen for this £140m development which had sustainability and efficiency at its heart. The push fit system, specified for its space heating applications, delivers considerably faster installation times which appealed hugely to our client. Furthermore, no specialist tools or hot works permits were required making the installation safe and efficient, a contributory factor in the specification of this system in such a significant series of buildings.
VSH Tectite Sprint is a streamlined metal push fit solution from the VSH Tectite range which has a slim copper body and is compatible with Copper, PB and PEX.
