Marlin Apartments is the owner-operator of serviced apartments in central London. The company set about creating a flag ship aparthotel in the Lambeth area of the city back in 2013, the 236 room building will be due for completion this year (2017).

Project Profile
The new building will be situated less than a five-minute walk from Lambeth North Underground Station and within a ten-minute walk of key London tourist attractions including The Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, The London Eye and The London Dungeon. The apartments are designed to experience exceptional views over key landmarks.
Contractors CHC Group Ltd, were tasked with providing a highly performing plumbing system that would support sustainability and building performance objectives.
CHC Group, chose Pegler to support them across the whole project from initial design stages, during installation through to commissioning and beyond. The modular design system incorporated Peglers' VSH XPress Carbon and Copper and VSH Tectite ranges plus a varied selection of Pegler Valves. In addition, CHC Group took advantage of Warranty Plus which, saw Pegler complete the commissioning of the system and, provide a 25-year guarantee.
